BREMERTON, WA—Tim Ryan Properties (TRP), a longtime leader in community-centered property development and management on the Kitsap Peninsula, is proud to announce the signing of long-term lease with the Department of the Navy for the entirety of its Class-A office space located at 555 Pacific Avenue in Bremerton.
With over 65 years of experience, TRP has successfully built and managed more than 500,000 square feet of commercial office and medical space in Kitsap County, catering to U.S. and Tribal government offices, financial service agencies, legal entities, healthcare providers, flexible workspace operators, and more.
Through this agreement, Tim Ryan Properties will support the Department of the Navy’s relocation of operations during critical renovation and modernization efforts at the Naval Base Kitsap by providing full occupancy of all four floors of the 6th and Pacific building.

The Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) represents a $21 billion investment over the next 20 years aimed at modernizing Naval facilities and enhancing capabilities in the immediate area.
